Ladies Kettle Bell Fitness Class

The Kettle Bell fitness class meets Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:45 in the church gym. The workout is about 1 hour incorporating weights, cardio and ab work. There is no need to  bring a weight, we have some available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
