Personal needs

Opportunity may be given at various times during worship, either in large or small group meetings, for each person present to receive spiritual help for personal needs. In any group setting, we try to provide opportunities to impart God’s blessings in specific ways, such as:

• Salvation
• Baptism in the Holy Spirit
• Healing
• Counseling
• Encouragement

What then shall we say, brothers? When you come together, everyone has a hymn, or a word of instruction, a revelation, a tongue or an interpretation. All of these must be done for the strengthening of the church.

Hebrews 10:25
Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.

James 5:14-15
Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.
