Daytime Prayer Chain: 349-9641
Prayer must be the basis of everything we do at Abbott Loop Community Church. We endeavor to make it so.
Personal prayer is a part of every church service and small group meeting. Prayer requests are also solicited on your Communication Card at each service. These are referred to our staff ministers, and we try to follow up personally.
Prayer for emergency situations, such as illness or injury, is available by calling our telephone Prayer Chain at 344-2106 or by calling any of the elders.
Parents are encouraged to bring their newborns to the elders for prayers of dedication at special Sunday church services. These are usually scheduled about four times a year. Call or email the church office for details.
In addition there are many special prayer groups, such as an Intercessory Group, a Prayer Focus Team, and Moms in Equipped. Those who have a sincere desire to labor together in prayer with other Christians will find many such opportunities at Abbott Loop Community Church.
